A longtime New York Family Favorite, Ramblin' Dan’s Freewheelin' Band provides high energy and engaging classes driven by playful musicality and skillful guitar work. Our priorities are having fun, providing a pressure-free and comforting atmosphere, and helping kids gain confidence.
At a Ramblin’ Dan music class, you'll hear everything from Rock ‘n’ Roll, Reggae, Funk, Hip Hop, Folk and Bluegrass. The music pulls from pop hits old and new, fun versions of well known kids' songs and Ramblin' Dan's original kids' music. Using the music to lead the way, your band leader will help your kids jam along on instruments (bring your own please for your child during this unique time), use various props for activities, read song-based books, learn sign language, do animal-play, and of course clap, dance and sing along.

Bandleader Tobe has been teaching Ramblin' Dan classes for over three years and has become an NYC family favorite. His velvet voice, easy going and warm personality and upbeat performances and his incredible amount of experience are sure to help your child have a ton of fun this semester!
**IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER (RAIN or TOO HOT or THUNDER): You will be notified that class will be cancelled and you will be refunded your credits OR we will move class inside and you will be given the option to go inside for class or cancel.

Enter the Park at Central Park West and W 67th st.
Walk in past Tavern on the Green and take a left at the path/"west drive."
Once walking north on that path, we will be in the first green on the right AFTER sheeps Meadow
