From Energy to Meditation is a multistage, fun, engaging class that begins with high energy exercises and ends in a heart-focused, relaxing meditation! Our exercises are suitable for both parents and kids.
Every week we bring a different, positive topic. We use affirmations, energy, mindfulness exercises and meditation to train ourselves in topics such as compassion, gratitude, patience and many more!
