A multistage class brings awareness to the energy in the body and then focuses it during meditation. Vibras incorporates yoga, energization, and concentration exercises that are suitable for both parents and kids!
This class is designed for children 4-7. The exercises and meditations are most engaging for this age group.
Parents are not required to pay. All materials will be provided including yoga mats and meditation cushions. Parking is also free!
