This is a special FREE online class presented by KidPass Live Stage (https://kidp.as/live). KidPass Live Stage is a free livestream series that is open for the community showcases many the incredible classes instructors on KidPass.
This high energy virtual class is for students who are interested in developing the technical aspects ballet, modern movements Hip Hop, letting their inner creativity shine! In this Creative Combo class, dancers will start with ballet stretches/techniques, warm up with creative movement exercises, learn a hip hop inspired dance. This class fully embraces our mission growing, creating, exploring, expressing with movement!
Note that as a KidPass Live Stage performance, this class your participation may be posted on KidPass social media. Since it is formatted for a large audience, there will be limited instructor interaction. If you enjoy the class, please visit the instructor's KidPass page where you can find other class offerings formats including small-group, interactive classes. Register your child in a program at Luna Performing Arts in TriBeCa. Luna Performing Arts offers a wide array of dance and movement classes for both children and adults. Luna's offerings include ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, Chinese dance, and story time & movement classes. The space also boasts private lessons, fitness and wellness classes! Babies as young as 12 months old can enjoy a story time, beginner dance techniques and activities that develop language, listening skills, literacy and coordination. Toddlers will receive an introduction to ballet, hip hop and Chinese dance and develop their listening skills, coordination and rhythmic awareness. Older kids will receive a more technical introduction to jazz, ballet, Chinese dance and more. For little ones who want to learn various types of dance, register them in a combination class!

Alanna Chan is a New York based actress and dancer with over 25 years of experience. She grew up training in Chinese Folk Dance, ballet, jazz, and hip hop and furthered her training at the Joffrey Ballet School’s prestigious Jazz and Contemporary Program.
