Dance with Luna Performing Arts from our home(screen) to yours!
This high energy virtual class is for students who are interested in developing the technical aspects of Jazz, modern movements of Hip Hop, and their performance technique. Students will learn dynamic warm ups, a fun dance choreography and explore this fusion style of dance seen in popular culture.
Things you'll need: stuffed toy, scarf/handkerchief, and plenty of room to dance!

Register your child in a program at Luna Performing Arts in TriBeCa. Luna Performing Arts offers a wide array of dance and movement classes for both children and adults. Luna's offerings include ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, Chinese dance, and story time & movement classes. The space also boasts private lessons, fitness and wellness classes! Babies as young as 12 months old can enjoy a story time, beginner dance techniques and activities that develop language, listening skills, literacy and coordination. Toddlers will receive an introduction to ballet, hip hop and Chinese dance and develop their listening skills, coordination and rhythmic awareness. Older kids will receive a more technical introduction to jazz, ballet, Chinese dance and more. For little ones who want to learn various types of dance, register them in a combination class!

Alanna Chan is a New York based actress and dancer with over 25 years of experience. She grew up training in Chinese Folk Dance, ballet, jazz, and hip hop and furthered her training at the Joffrey Ballet School’s prestigious Jazz and Contemporary Program.
