Continuing to build upon the foundations offered to younger age groups, this practice helps teens develop strength and self-acceptance during a transitional time. Breathing and concentration techniques are taught to manage stress while more challenging physical poses are offered to build confidence. This combination helps teens achieve both the physical and mental strength they need to better navigate their challenging teenage years.
