Prenatal Yoga helps mothers-to-be by preparing them physically, mentally, and spiritually for the big day and amazing journey ahead. This class is designed to create community and foster a sense of support from the like-minded group surrounding you. Stay flexible and strong and learn to remain calm while connecting with your baby. Prenatal Yoga can reduce complications in labor, relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, and help manage the many changes your body undergoes during all three trimesters. Women of all levels of experience are welcome.
