About
Join us for music and early enrichment for your little one ages 6 months-4 years old in Carl Schurz Park. Little Jay Music & Play was created by Sarah Brummer, the co-creator of Juliette & Ella's Play Date. It's a high-energy music class with a focus on early enrichment/education. Only 5 families per class are permitted, so book early. Please bring your own props (we recommend: shakers, scarves, tambourine/drum and puppet or stuffed toy) and bring your own blanket. The teacher will set down spots in the grass for you to place your blanket 6-feet apart.

Please arrive early to be sure you find us before class begins. Teachers will arrive 15-minutes before the start of class. Call Sarah at 646-469-1777 prior to the start of class if you need help locating the class.

Created and taught by an NYC mom who is also professional singer (former backing vocalist for La La Brooks of The Crystals). This high energy class is filled with lots of surprises for your little one- from instruments to tunnels to parachutes to scarves to bubbles. "The class is inspired by my daughter, Juliette ("Little Jay"), who loves music but also has a ton of energy. I've always struggled to find a music class that could keep up with her curiosity and playfulness so I decided to create my own." Children are encouraged and allowed to explore the space and any and all props/instruments throughout the class. Our goal is to make learning FUN!!
