Loved dancing with my baby and this class is great if you want an intimate group. The Center Method is a new and clean space too.

About
The Center Method is an all-inclusive wellness center for families, children, and adults. Our children services include Mommy/Daddy & Me Baby Dance with Jessica Loel, Grade School Yoga with Stacey Allyson, autism spectrum disorder skills building group provided by Maja Watkins, founder of Zip Zap Zop Enrichment. We also have pediatric acupuncturist, Devin Geser, and family specialist, Nicole Moore, LMFT, providing group, family, and child therapy.
