BYOBfit Workout (Bring Your Own Baby)


The “BYOB” workout is a perfectly balanced combination of strength training and cardiovascular activity, which allows participants to increase strength while shedding unwanted pounds. Depending on your current level of fitness, the intensity of the program can always be increased or decreased, and the trainers will offer modifications for individual needs as well. Both, Missy and Anja, will be present in class to make sure all participants are exercising safely and with correct form, but make no mistake- they will also be there to push everyone to their highest potential!
