This class is a breakdown of the belly dancing technique modified for tiny dancers to follow along. We incorporate rhythmic dances for them to learn body awareness while listening to music from around the world.

It has been said that music is a universal language, and dance is one of the first forms of communication. For me, combining the two and creating a studio for every person to come and freely express themselves has always been a dream.
Finally, after fourteen years of owning a dance company, performing around the world, teaching, and having two children, my dream of opening a dance studio has become reality:
Layla Dance Academy!
I believe in the importance of giving back, and sharing my knowledge with others is the best way I know how to do that. I have gathered some of the best talent in Los Angeles to join me in manifesting my vision.
I can’t wait to share my passion with you and your family!
