About
Kids Class for all ages, all experience levels! You may bring water, or we have water to sell. Please wear shorts and a t-shirt, if you don’t have a Jiu Jitsu gi. We can’t wait to have you join us for class!
When to arrive:
15 minutes before
Additional details:
Parents needs to sign a waiver. Bring short and t-shirt for wearing in class, and water is good idea too! We have showers, so if you want to shower after the class, bring stuff for that.

Pleasant and productive first Jiu Jitsu class experience for my 7-year old while being centrally located. Friendly instructors, fun environment and great exercises for learning. A must try, would highly recommend!
