Hands down the best children’s jiu jitsu program in the city. Instructors are amazing. Clean and safe environment.

About
Our amazing Kids Class taught by Professor Sebastian Rodriguez along with his two assistant professors Franco Diaz and Nora Levy-Forsythe is 1 hour long and will teach your child the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fast-paced, challenging, and fun environment. In addition to BJJ techniques, the class also focuses on "Bully Proof" drills that will not only teach your child self-defense, but will increase their confidence as well.

Come prepared to have fun! You may bring water, or we have water to sell. Wear shorts and a t-shirt, no bare feet off the mats.
