About
This class is designed to give a parent or caregiver the opportunity to have a yoga practice with baby right by their side. We will take some time for ourselves, then connect with our baby by moving through postures to do with baby, followed by some baby specific yoga postures designed to help their digestion, sleep, and healthy growth. Not to worry if your baby cries or needs to be fed. We believe in breastfeeding and encourage you to nurture your little one. Join other parents and find support in commUNITY.

At Beloved Yoga in Reston, VA, we practice with reverence, integrity and accessibility for all. Our teachers offer you a well-balanced class and exposure to this ancient practice known to improve health and well-being. We embrace the original teachings of Yoga and our classes are designed for all ages, levels and abilities. With 4 studios and 3 private well-being rooms, we have the space to accommodate group and private Yoga classes from beginners to Vinyasa, to prenatal and kids, to seniors and chair yoga. We also offer our signature Befriending Yoga Therapy private and semi-private classes taught by Trauma-Informed teachers. The on-site Beloved Yoga School offers 200HR and 500HR Teacher Training and Certifications.
