Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time.

It is a total fitness program where moms push baby in the stroller, while getting a workout. The classes are set up for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals.

Last Friday of the month we meet at Play Destination.
