Origins: Movement

In this introduction to movement, children cultivate an understanding of rhythm and music in relation to dance while developing awareness and control of their bodies. Using imagination as inspiration for movement, the participants will learn to physically form shapes, the basic ballet positions, galloping, skipping, and much more! The class builds a critical foundation with the fundamental tools for developing young dancers. Children can attend this course by themselves.
