KidPass & NYC Robotics Workshop covers the basic principles of robotics in a fun robot-building session! Children will build a working robot crab that can scuttle about, detecting edges and platforms. The goal of the workshop is for children to have fun with their peers by building a new creation and understanding the mechanical science behind the robot. When the class is over, the children will be able to take their robot crab home!

Discovering and exploring robotics in an instructor-led environment and working together with peers sets the foundation for your child's interest in STEM courses in the future. Although workshops at NYC are educational, kids will have fun building robots and taking their mechanical masterpieces home.
