About
This program focuses on the holistic development of 6 months to 2 years old children by fostering their language, emotional, social and psychomotor skills and creating a Brazilian cultural memory.
During our play-based classes, parents/caregivers and their children will listen to stories, sing traditional Brazilian songs and rhymes and perform psychomotor exercises to stimulate their spacial awareness, balance and both their fine and gross motor skills.

Founded in 2007, Brazil Ahead has been thriving on teaching Brazilian Portuguese language in NYC. Their children's program is educational and enjoyable, combining reading and writing with fun activities. The teachers at Brazil Ahead are Brazilian native speakers teaching children the foundational skills they need to be successful in acquiring all aspects of the Portuguese language.
The knowledge gained by attending activities at Brazil Ahead are not only based in language but in Brazilian culture. The material and tools provided ensure that language lessons learned will not sound different from native Brazilians. Their unique approach to learning includes building connections between students and their language mentors and tailoring each class to the students' needs.
