Editor’s Tip
Karen began practicing yoga in 1998 as a means to escape her fast paced life as a fashion executive in New York City. Classes with Karen invite a joyful opening in body, mind, and heart. Her classes are tailored from the traditional ISHTA lineage of chakra-based vinyasa yoga.
