We had a great time! My 11 month old really enjoyed the non-stop singing and playtime! Great environment filled with learning activities.

This is a wonderful and interactive program that teaches Spanish immersion to toddlers and parents (or caregivers) through a fun and engaging class delivered mostly through singing so concepts stick easily, feeling at ease and comfortable in a friendly and positive environment.
Each class is carefully planned to engage children in activities using music, movement, singing, visual aids, instruments, stories, puppets, parachutes and a sensory station. You will go home speaking and singing practical everyday words which you will use with your child to bond in a special way.
Program Highlights:
Lessons are fun and engaging, tailor-made for each group..
Build practical and easy vocabulary to use at home.
Play fun games, dance, music and storytelling to reinforce the lesson of the day.
Engage through musical instruments and props such as puppets, scarves and stuffed animals.
Acquire a clear, native Spanish accent.
Play-Doh sensory station.

The Spanish in Action program is designed to make learning Spanish a fun and highly academic experience. We actively create a stimulating and encouraging environment where kids can feel comfortable expressing themselves in new ways. Each lesson is built around a specific topic and set of vocabulary that is re-enforced with custom-made Spanish in Action learning materials and through the following activities:

•Arts and Crafts
We believe the learning curve goes up when the students are fully engaged and having fun, which is why we have made this a key point in our program.
Lessons are planned to build vocabulary and encourage conversation. Our teaching philosophy fosters a multi-sensory learning experience where students utilize all their senses to absorb the language. Lessons engage the students’ eyes with visual aids, their voice with speaking, their hands with touching objects and materials, and their hearing with listening to the teacher and to each other.
Our approach ensures that students will be able to apply their knowledge to their every-day life, rather than just in the classroom.

Argentina native, Maria Ure, has spent the last 30 years spreading her passion for and expertise on the Spanish language. Her rich teaching background takes root in the years she spent as Program Director for a number of prestigious schools in California and Illinois.
