The Youth Boxing Program is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. Your child will be put through a rigorous but achievable workout in line with their fitness level. This is not a 'class'... it's a program geared towards making them a student of the 'Sweet Science.' The includes but not limited to: Conditioning, foot work, bag work, and partner drills. Children with a little more experience may also spar. Sparring is optional.
Boxing is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving throughout the workout. When you're not throwing a punch, you're ducking and weaving or doing squats and abdominal work.
