Our Junior II / Teen Chefs class for our more advanced junior level and above kid chefs. Your child will build a repertoire of go-to recipes and learn hands on techniques so they can begin to create their own recipes with ease. We’ll also cover how to shop for the freshest ingredients, basic meal prep techniques, how to use herbs and spices, plating techniques and more. This class is suggested as a full semester class so your child can build on their skills each week. Each class ends with a meal shared together. This is a 1-hour, 15-minute, drop-off class. This class is recommended for ages 9 years to 12 years and up.
