Freshmade NYC at Home (Virtual Cooking Classes)
About
Teen Chefs is a class for our more advanced kid chefs. Your child will build a repertoire of go-to recipes and learn hands on techniques so they can begin to create their own recipes with ease. We’ll also cover how to shop for the freshest ingredients, basic meal prep techniques, how to use herbs and spices, plating techniques and more. This class is suggested as a full semester class so your child can build on their skills each week. Each class ends with a meal shared together. This is a 1-hour, 15-minute, drop-off class. This class is recommended for ages 11 - 13+.

If your child has any allergy or dietary restrictions please contact us a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class at frontdesk@freshmadenyc.com. Please bring a reusable water bottle with your child's name on it. Freshmade has fresh, filtered water to fill it with.

About
We believe the more time a child spends in the kitchen, the more curious and open they become about trying new ingredients. To encourage this creativity, our virtual cooking classes are interactive, fun, and created specifically to fit children from the ages of 2 to 12+. Kids will explore fun foods and beginners’ kitchen skills together, be exposed to a wide array of ingredients, spices, and cuisines through our classes. Additionally, our classes incorporate components of math, reading, and science.
