A Zooga Yoga® signature class! Come with us on an imaginative yoga adventure around the world. Yogis will develop their focus, strength, flexibility and coordination in this fun, active, themed yoga class. Kids practice the basics of a real yoga routine through the use of playful yoga games, easy yoga postures and our very own Zooga music. Students also learn breathing, meditation and visualization techniques, sense of self and respect for others on our totally unique yoga adventures. All skill and experience levels welcome, join at any time. This class is very similar to our Yogi Bears class but catered to a slightly older child ready for more challenging poses.

Register your little one in a class at Zooga Yoga in Redondo Beach! Zooga Yoga specializes in kids yoga, music and dance classes for kids ages six weeks old to teenagers. The studio also boasts adult, prenatal and baby fitness classes!) Walking babies and toddlers will enjoy music, games and baby-friendly yoga poses alongside a parent in the family classes, while older kids can receive an introduction to traditional ballet through barre exercises, center work and strengthening stretches. Zooga Yoga also offers a music and Spanish class where children can learn Spanish through music, traditional games and visual aids, along with sing-along sessions. Don't miss Zooga Yoga's other offerings, too, like their monthly Kids Night Out events, birthday party packages and yoga camps.
