Babywearing Barre (Adult w/ 6 weeks - 2 years)

About
A total body workout while wearing your baby (or not). Class consists of center and barre work the use of light weights at times. You will work out your seat, thighs and abs while having a good time bonding with your baby! No dance experience needed. Buckle or wrap carriers only. No ring or sling carriers. Prenatal OK. Class is 1 hour.

Register your little one in a class at Zooga Yoga in Redondo Beach! Zooga Yoga specializes in kids yoga, music and dance classes for kids ages six weeks old to teenagers. The studio also boasts adult, prenatal and baby fitness classes!) Walking babies and toddlers will enjoy music, games and baby-friendly yoga poses alongside a parent in the family classes, while older kids can receive an introduction to traditional ballet through barre exercises, center work and strengthening stretches. Zooga Yoga also offers a music and Spanish class where children can learn Spanish through music, traditional games and visual aids, along with sing-along sessions.
