Focus the wild child in every kid through this super fun kickboxing/martial arts class with a yoga twist. Designed to introduce concepts of basic self-defense in a playful SAFE environment, your Ninja will participate in group activities, games, yoga, and physical conditioning to build strength, self-esteem, and teach principles of safety and SELF-CONTROL. This is a non-contact class and we practice personal space and mindfulness throughout the class. No experience necessary.

Zooga Yoga Culver City, located in the heart of the Culver City neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, is a yoga, dance and music studio for families and kids aged six weeks and up. In 2012, Zooga Yoga® opened as the only yoga studio in the Los Angeles area dedicated to babies, kids, teens, expecting moms, parents and families. Zooga has a playful and unique approach to yoga.
