About
A Zooga Yoga® signature class! Give your big kids and tweens the gift of deep relaxation, self esteem, positive body image and emotional balance through this youth oriented yoga class. Students will learn to use yoga postures as a tool for growth, health and happiness. Traditional yoga postures, games, music, partner poses, group poses and flowing yoga sequences are some of the tools we use to develop mind-body strength in our students at this important developmental stage. All skill and experience levels welcome, join at any time.

Zooga Yoga Culver City, located in the heart of the Culver City neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, is a yoga, dance and music studio for families and kids aged six weeks and up. In 2012, Zooga Yoga® opened as the only yoga studio in the Los Angeles area dedicated to babies, kids, teens, expecting moms, parents and families. Zooga has a playful and unique approach to yoga. Zooga couples traditional yoga poses and elements with fun themes that include animal poses, challenging and partner poses, games and props to create a specialized brand of ‘YogaPlay®.' This approach is designed to foster confidence, creativity and imagination for a one-of-a-kind, branded yoga experience called Zooga Yoga.
