It was a great workout! The instructor was amazing, so helpful. My baby kept crawling everywhere but everyone was so helpful and nice about it.

This is one of the most active fitness classes of our ‘Parent + Me’ fitness series. Parents and caregivers come join us for a mix of Core, Barre and Boot Camp inspired moves with baby by your side OR incorporated right into your workout. Plan to bond and burn during this total cardio-barre, circuit training experience. All skill levels very welcome - go at your own pace. 1 child per adult.
