Zooga Yoga, right in the heart of the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, is the first kids and family yoga studio in Los Angeles. Helmed by passionate musicians, dancers, yogis and (of course) parents dedicated to improving children's mental and physical wellness, Zooga Yoga specializes in yoga, music and dance for kids ages 6 weeks and up. Their specialized brand of YogaPlay couples traditional poses with fun themes (including animal poses), games and props and is designed to foster confidence, creativity and imagination in littles. Zooga's drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience and run the gamut from Spanish music classes to ballet classes to "mommy and me" yoga classes. They also offer day camps during school breaks! Also of note for parents: Zooga hosts Kids' Nite Out twice a month (where kids have a blast at the studio and you have a blast...anywhere else).
