In Zoo Gym Tots your little one will work on motor skills, coordination, balance, tumbling, hanging and other basic gymnastic skills. They will be using balance beams, trampolines, obstacle courses, and more! Watch your child develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements. No experience necessary, but MUST BE AT LEAST 18 MONTHS. Must be strong walkers. THIS IS A PARENT AND CAREGIVER PARTICIPATION CLASS. 1 adult free with child. Extra adults are $5. Class is 45 minutes.
FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY YOU MUST SIGN UP IN ADVANCE PLEASE! ALSO YOU MUST BYOM- Bring your own mat:) If there are no spots left, please join the waitlist, and we will let you know ahead of time if we can get you into that class, or even add another one:) All ages welcome.

Zooga Yoga, right in the heart of the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, is the first kids and family yoga studio in Los Angeles. Helmed by passionate musicians, dancers, yogis and (of course) parents dedicated to improving children's mental and physical wellness, Zooga Yoga specializes in yoga, music and dance for kids ages 6 weeks and up. Their specialized brand of YogaPlay couples traditional poses with fun themes (including animal poses), games and props and is designed to foster confidence, creativity and imagination in littles. Zooga's drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience and run the gamut from Spanish music classes to ballet classes to "mommy and me" yoga classes. They also offer day camps during school breaks! Also of note for parents: Zooga hosts Kids' Nite Out twice a month (where kids have a blast at the studio and you have a blast...anywhere else). And, before you ask—yes, they do birthday parties!
