About
The Maywood Dance Center teaches students aged 2 to 82 and employs instructors with professional performance credits as well as college degrees, many in education. The instructors all bring their own expertise and style to the Dance Center. They are also currently very active in the field, and the students therefore become extremely well versed in all styles of dance.
The resident dance company, DANCEFUSION, has performed many shows at a variety of parks and venues throughout the eastern United States.
They recently headlined at the Villa Roma Resort in the Catskills as well as entertaining at numerous venues such as Arts Days, Relay for Life, nursing homes, school events, Girl Scouts of America, First Night celebrations, street fairs, and women's clubs. They also headlined at Broadway on the Beach in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!
Director, Deborah Thomas-Cofrancesco feels so fortunate and grateful every day to be able to continue doing what she loves best and hopes to continue passing that on to her students! Deborah and her instructors are thrilled to work with all dancers at every age and level!
