Gym Kids

Now that your toddler feels confident in his or her movement vocabulary, our Gym Kids class will focus on introducing students to the sport of gymnastics. Specific skills will be introduced throughout each class on the uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline and soft play mat circuit. Sport and ball skills are taught every session to promote key components of physical confidence, like hand-eye coordination and agility. Concepts that are central to the structure of each class, such as taking turns and following simple directions, are also emphasized, as they play an important role in the development of a child's social and emotional skills. This is an adult participation class, and a parent or caregiver must be present with each participating child.
