Fun and delicious. This is our first time here so it was very confusing initially since none of the employees knew where the class is suppose to take place or who to ask to find out. It was well run once the correct person was called though. This is more of a decorating class instead of a cooking class. All the components are prepared and the kids just put the berries and cream on top of an already cooked tart with custard. Watson, the pastry chef who led the class was great, very engaging with the kids and parents. Every child gets try the finished product and bring their creation home. We came on Memorial Day and it was just 2 kids.
