About
A challenging fitness class for children that is a fun combination of gymnastics and parkour-like exercises designed to challenge young athletes and help develop focus, control, body-awareness, strength and agility. In our safe and fully equipped gym, the children will get to run, jump, roll, climb and swing. A great workout for all!

This venue is located btw York avenue and the River. Large playroom with a zip line. The instructor was friendly and focused on balance and strength challenges.

The children enjoyed their timebut I am not sure it's Ninja class.

Probably one of the most fun my kids have had in a gym-oriented class!!
