Learn the basics of gymnastics in this foundations class. Sandwiched between warm-up and cool-down stretches, gymnastics skills will be introduced. Learn to walk on a balance beam, swing on bars, jump on the trampoline and roll on mats, all on age appropriate and safe equipment. Gymnastics works the entire body, helps develop gross motor movement and hand eye coordination, as well as body sequencing and motor planning. Wear comfy clothes!
