My 9 month old had such a WONDERFUL time! The instructor (Elias) really knew his stuff, I was so impressed with him. We’d love to go back. Thank you so much for a wonderful class!

About
Taught through singalongs, this class provides infants and early toddlers with an introduction to the aquatic enviroment. Both the parent and child participate in this class together. The instructor directs the parents on how to hold the child in the water so that they may get adjusted to the aquatic environment. Parents may want to purchase a wet suit to prevent the child getting cold in the water.
When to arrive:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class start time.
Additional details:
All swimmers are required to bring a bathing suit, swim diaper, and towel for each lesson. Swimmers without a swim diaper will NOT be allowed to participate in class. All bookings are subject to availability and class schedule is subject to change without notice. Please register your child for the proper class based on age and ability. If you have questions about our levels, please reach out to us by phone or email.

About
This Physique Swimming location, at St. Bartholemew's Church in Midtown East, New York, is a comprehensive aquatics program with classes for babies as young as four months to adults that caters to all abilities and levels. From Mommy and Me swim classes for kids ages 4 months to 3 years old (that include sing-along songs!) to Advanced Stroke Development swim classes, your child will be able to move confidently in the water in no time. And, yes, all Physique Swimming instructors are Red Cross certified for WSI, Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR.
For this location of Physique Swimming, enter at 235 Park Avenue and walk through the chapel on the right, through a set of doors and to the elevators. The pool and locker rooms are located on the lower level of the recreation area, at the end of the hallway to the left. Note: if your child isn't fully potty trained, a swim diaper is required.
