Beginner swimming for students who are confident in the water and ready to expand on their fundamental aquatic locomotion and safety skills. Student will continue to learn rhythmic breathing, gliding and kicking on front and back to build up a tolerance for distance swimming. After taking this class, students should be able to:
-Swim without aids (4-6 feet)
-Roll over from front to back and vice versa
-Combine stroke on front and back (arms and legs coordination)
-Jump and dive from sitting position
When to arrive:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class start time.
All swimmers are required to bring a bathing suit, towel, goggles, and a swim cap. All bookings are subject to availability and class schedule is subject to change without notice.
