Mindful Start Yoga is a healthy exercise and mind-body movement class, that teaches mindfulness, breathing, kindness, gratitude, patience, curiosity, sharing, and all feelings! Kids Yoga can be playful, silly, and active. It is most certainly not a kiddie version adult yoga. Classes include kid-friendly yoga poses, breathing awareness tools, creative warm-ups and check-ins, games, focus activities, calming techniques, Social-Emotional Learning, music, and relaxing rest time. Mindful Start is -most of all- fun!
