A weekly 30-minute Kids Yoga, Mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning class, for a small group of 12 students.
This class includes age-appropriate poses for high energy toddlers to promote movement and calm! Miss Stav engages students by including silly puppets, playful songs, and transition techniques!
About the Teacher:
Miss Stav is a 3-time certified Kids Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, and has been teaching students ages 6 weeks-18 years since 2009. As an Off-Broadway performer, Miss Stav teaches with a theatrical tone by using songs and puppets!
Materials Needed:
No materials are needed for this class; just have fun!
Please feel free to roll out a mat (if you have one)! If possible, please place toys or distractions out of sight for better focus.

This is an online class that is hosted on the KidPass Digital Platform, which uses Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive a link to access the class in your booking confirmation email. Simply click on the link when it’s time for your class. Please download Zoom prior to the start of the class.

Miss Stav always says that a successful class is one where the student tries 1 to 2 poses. Class participation can take up to 3-5 classes; repetition is key!

Kids Yoga can be playful, silly, and active. It is most certainly not a kiddie version adult yoga. Their classes include kid-friendly yoga poses, breathing awareness tools, creative warm-ups and check-ins, games, focus activities, calming techniques, Emotional Learning, music, and relaxing rest time.
