About
Our unique program for kids ages 4-6 is much more than just an after-school activity. Through games, drills, exercises and patient coaching in our specially-designed martial arts class, helps kids learn:
-To participate in a classroom environment
-Confidence building exercises
-How to 'play well with others'
-To resist negative influences
-Exercises to develop coordination, flexibility, balance and strength
-Safety tips
-Tae Kwon Do and Karate basics

Our Curriculum: We structure class so that all belt levels can workout together in the same session, allowing you to advance faster, and requiring less time from families.
Our Style: A blend of traditional tae kwon do with kickboxing and sport karate, our students develop both strong classic technique, and the ability to apply them to modern martial arts competitions and self defense situations.
Our Instructors: Our instructors are veteran martial arts teachers and competitors who are passionate about teaching and training students to reach their full potential and have a positive impact on self and others.
