Capoeira is based on continuous, rhythmic movements that increase strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. And since music is part of the program the rhythms naturally motivate the training and help burn lot’s of energy.

Kids love to exercise with Capoeira Youth™. The moves are natural, easy to learn, fun, and exciting enough to keep kids motivated. Capoeira is an Brazilian art developed by African descendants for over 500 years and brings together martial arts, dance, and music.

Capoeira is based on continuous, rhythmic movements that increase strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. And since music is part of the program the rhythms naturally motivate the training and help burn lot’s of energy.
