Our space includes a soft playroom with climbing blocks and ball pit, as well as a classroom with Legos, a train table, a kitchen, dress up, fine motor materials and more!

All children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.

Everything a child could ask for. Staff was extremely helpful when it counted. Great space. My 26 months daughter didn’t have a dull moment for the 3 hours we were there.

Yael really enjoyed the space. Everything was clean and orderly and child proofing was on point. The only downside was the lack of other kids for her to play with but as we were leaving a few more came in so I think it’s all about finding the right time slot to ensure your little one has others to play with. We will probably go back for a different experience!

Wow! By far the best space for open play we’ve ever been to. Everything was clean (shoe free space) and beautifully organized. Great for babies and toddlers. The staff is so helpful! We’ll be back.

Your child will love playing at Lemon Tree Playgroup in Washington, D.C. Lemon Tree Playgroup was formed to meet the growing needs of families in Logan Circle, U Street, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan and surrounding neighborhoods, and now it provides a welcoming, safe and creative environment for kiddos ages six months to four years old. Little ones (accompanied by parent or caregiver) have the opportunity to socialize, make new friends, learn and explore through the space's educational toys and activities. Kids can make arts & crafts, play with blocks, build with Legos, read kiddie classics, play pretend and so much more. The space offers open play sessions, groups for parents (there's a group for new mamas!) and a playgroup membership.
