A community-based, neighborhood health club, Rock Creek Sports Club offers Group Exercises classes with exceptional instructors, Personal Training with highly-educated trainers, and Pilates instruction, and a child-care room.
Our Group Exercise schedules features more than 65+ classes a week and includes yoga, Zumba, Spin, and Pilates Mat. We have a complete power-lifting platform, and squat racks, a large assortment of free weights, and many weight machines. Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, recumbent and stationery bikes, rowing machines, stair mill, and others.
Our Personal Trainers all hold a nationally recognized certification and have experience in all realms of fitness including competitive power lifting, post-rehab work, sports conditioning, and senior fitness. We have a private, intimate Pilates equipment studio featuring the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrel. Our certified Pilates instructors bring experience and expertise working with athletes, post-rehab clients, seniors and with those representing all levels of fitness ability.
