About
Tiny tappers is a high-energy tap class focused on increasing the strength, flexibility and coordination of little dancers. Students will work to develop their gross motor skills and improve their ability to recognize beats and rhythm. Learning basic tap steps and techniques, students will dance to jazz music and Broadway beats while kicking up their heels in a lively and musical environment!

Explore, climb, slide, collaborate and learn at Recess D.U.M.B.O in Brooklyn's Dumbo neighborhood—a one-of-a-kind play space designed for children ages zero to six years old. Drop-in for an open play session or enjoy a season-long session of classes (with options ranging from sign language and Spanish immersion to music and traditional ballet). Recess' bright and open space features custom-made play structures, slides, climbing structures, crawling tubes and interactive elements that encourage collaborative play. The space also features tables for a pre- or post-play lunch, and space for parents to park their stroller. A daily drop-in pass grants unlimited play all day long—just pack a pair of socks and your child will enjoy a day of play!
