It's important to take time out for yourself during the day. Increase comfort during all trimesters of pregnancy. The poses, modifications and flow are designed specifically to help prepare for labor by keeping your body fit and your mind relaxed. Connect with other women, find community and support to help navigate during this time which can be both joyous and challenging. Appropriate for both new and experienced yogis.
