Monkey Do! Yoga is pleased to offer an active after-school program that not only improves balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength, but also self-esteem, focus and positive social behavior. After school, let go of all that energy through fun yoga games, poses and mindfulness practices. Students gain the tools they need to take with them throughout the week to develop happy and healthy lifestyles.
Students should wear comfortable clothes. Homework help and snacks provided.
