About
Lido Sports School is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded over 25 years ago. We are the top rhythmic gymnastics school in the northeast. Rhythmic gymnastics is a competitive sport in which a female gymnast manipulates one of five pieces of apparatus in a routine set to music. Apparatus includes: Ball, Clubs, Hoop, Ribbon, and Rope.

Under the guidance of our award-winning coaches certified by the USA Gymnastics Federation, your daughter(s) will develop flexibility, improved posture, grace, coordination, apparatus skills, and musicality.

But that's not all. Our students also build critical skills essential for success in all aspects of life: discipline, cooperation, dedication, sportsmanship, confidence, and self-respect.

They don’t just become better athletes – they become better people.
