In this class we will focus on nurturing moms who are constantly giving their love and attention to their children and families but most of the time have little time for self-care. We will use Kundalini Yoga to recharge, restore and strengthen our nervous system to fill our hearts with compassion for ourselves and others. Join me for this 1hr class and meet other moms who just like you are searching for a more balanced life style.
