Find a few quiet moments for yourself and your baby in this exciting, sometimes-challenging new time! Postnatal Yoga will help rebuild strength in your abdominals and pelvic floor, upper-body stretches for tightness in your shoulders, infant movement and yoga for your baby and restorative poses to aid your modified sleep schedule. Babies from 4 weeks - 18 months are welcome!
