About
A 4-week after school cooking series for young chefs!

Join us on Tuesdays after school at 4:15 pm (EST) as we welcome spring and cook from the comfort of your own home! In this early-spring, 4-week class, we will prepare spring-inspired meals. Week 1: Savory Dutch Baby & Homemade Hash Browns; Week 2: Citrusy Cheesecake; Week 3: Sweet Potato Shakshuka; Week 4: Carrot Loaf Cake With Tangy Lemon Glaze.

Students of all ages will learn many important cooking and baking skills such as knife safety, seasonal ingredient selection, and using the importance of spices to add life to your dishes. During our 1-hour virtual classes, you will have the opportunity to make a snack or meal together with the support of an adult, or feel free to sit back and watch while I cook. We hope you will join us for this fun and engaging class for young chefs (grades K-12) from all experience levels. Participants will receive all the recipes and list of recipes at least 1 week before our class begins so you can gather the necessary things for the class. I am happy to work with families to provide substitution suggestions for dietary needs and concerns.

(You may book each class separately on our website, but a discounted rate of $5 per class is given if you sign up for the 4-week series.)
